Confira<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"O_que_muda_com_a_reforma_tributaria_2023\"><\/span><b>O que muda com a reforma tribut\u00e1ria 2023?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Com a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da <\/span><b>reforma tribut\u00e1ria, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">haver\u00e1 uma mudan\u00e7a referente aos impostos pagos pela popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cinco impostos vigentes (IPI, PIS, COFINS, ICMS e ISS) ser\u00e3o unificados e divididos em dois impostos por meio do IVA (Imposto sobre Valor Adicionado).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O IVA \u00e9 um tributo internacional que visa alcan\u00e7ar todos os mercados e servi\u00e7os, de maneira n\u00e3o acumulativa, ou seja, a famosa \u201ccascata\u201d n\u00e3o existir\u00e1 mais.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os impostos ficar\u00e3o da seguinte maneira:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Imposto federal:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> CBS (Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os), estar\u00e1 no lugar dos impostos (PIS, COFINS e IPI);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Imposto estadual e municipal:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> IBS (Imposto sobre Bens e Servi\u00e7os), estar\u00e1 no lugar dos impostos (ICMS e ISS).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 uma previs\u00e3o sobre descontos aplicados a transportes, educa\u00e7\u00e3o e sa\u00fade (50%), e sobre alguns medicamentos, ensino superior e alguns itens da cesta b\u00e1sica (100%).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outras quest\u00f5es ainda ser\u00e3o discutidas, bem como a reformula\u00e7\u00e3o da tabela do IRPF (Imposto de Renda de Pessoa F\u00edsica), e as al\u00edquotas sobre os tributos citados acima.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reforma_tributaria_como_ela_pode_beneficiar_na_reducao_de_impostos\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reforma tribut\u00e1ria: como ela pode beneficiar na redu\u00e7\u00e3o de impostos?<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A<\/span><b> reforma tribut\u00e1ria <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pretende reduzir os impostos de forma indireta, ou seja, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 previs\u00e3o de diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de carga tribut\u00e1ria, mas sim de uma facilita\u00e7\u00e3o e transpar\u00eancia sobre os impostos cobrados em um produto\/servi\u00e7o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vale ressaltar que a tributa\u00e7\u00e3o do IVA, tende a exclus\u00e3o da chamada \u201ccascata\u201d, onde os impostos s\u00e3o cobrados em todas as partes da cadeia de compra.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um exemplo disso \u00e9 maneira como ser\u00e1 tributado ap\u00f3s a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O valor do imposto a ser pago sobre a venda dos produtos ou servi\u00e7os n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 cumulativo, dessa maneira, o comprador pagar\u00e1 apenas sobre o valor adicionado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">12 valor comprado &#8211;
